A lot of people seem to fail to understand the games resource usage only allows for the use of a handful of skills anyway. If you only have enough magicka and stamina to cast maybe 3 or 4 skills per fight, regardless of duration due to regeneration values allowing to keep those skills either up or in constant usage, then what is the point of 10 ...
